Abuelito….teca!

Vida’s seniors want to party!  Vida is looking to form a motivated steering committee to organize a discotech for D.C. seniors, featuring the traditional rhythms of Latin America.

Seniors regularly participate in cultural dance at Vida, but often leave unsatisfied. “We want more dancing! We could dance all night!” These energetic seniors show no sign of slowing down and they are asking Vida to keep up with their pace.

We are looking for resourceful, committed individuals and leaders to organize the logistics and resources to hold such an event on a regular basis. • Assist us with necessary administrative activits to keep the center running smoothly for our seniors.  These tasks may include maintaining and updating our database, making and printing flyers, organizing files or managing our activities calendar.
